Process

The process used in the manufacture of the different products is widely known and it is the most economical existing to date. By this process, the product obtained in each stage is used as a raw material in the following stage.

First, the mineral is extracted from the quarry, where a treatment of classification and removal of unsuitable materials is already applied. The following manufacturing stages are Calcination, Hydration and Carbonation, which comparatively require more complex facilities.
