Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (CALPREC PA) is a filler that offers high brightness and hiding power when used in high grade water based paints. It can also act as a partial substitute of Titanium Dioxide by promoting a distancing effect of the particles, hence being able to reduce the quantity of this pigment. This facilitates important savings in the formulations.
